Cancellation Policy:
You are required to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel you will be charged a $50 nonrefundable NO-SHOW fee.
Late and No-Show Policy:
Your appointment is important to me. I allot a specific amount of time to each service which allows me to do my job in a comfortable and relaxed environment. You deserve my full attention without rushing or cutting corners, therefore if you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a $50 nonrefundable NO-SHOW fee and must reschedule your appointment
Children:
Minors under 16 are not permitted in the office for any reason. If you arrive with a minor under 16 years of age you will be charged a $50 nonrefundable NO-SHOW fee and must reschedule your appointment
Guests:
You are permitted 1 guest to accompany you to your appointment. If your guest becomes a distraction he/she will be asked to leave.
Under the Influence
If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be charged a $50 nonrefundable NO-SHOW fee and must reschedule your appointment.
