When you enter the shopping center, Sola Salons are located on the right hand side on the second floor between Ulta Beauty and PetSmart. It is directly next to the stair case, escalator and elevator.
If the door is locked when you arrive dial 020 on the key pad and you will be buzzed in.
There is plentiful outdoor and indoor parking available at no cost.
Sola Salon Suites are located next to the parking garage entrance and the elevator.
We are fully handicap accessible and service pets with proper documentation are welcome.
You will be required to put a credit card on file when scheduling an appointment.
If you fail to arrive or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $50 No-Show fee.
There is no charge for canceling or rescheduling prior to 24 hours.
Appointments are configured to give me the right amount of time to complete each service, therefore it’s important that you arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged a No-Show fee.
All prices are publically listed on the scheduling/service menu with a detailed description of the service. Specials, promotions, discounts and packages are also listed.
Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. A credit card is required to hold an appointment, however you can pay for your service using any of the following methods
Cash, All Major Credit Cards, CashApp, Google/Apple Pay
There are no refunds given for services rendered.
Please do not bring children to your appointment. Children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time and Sola Salon Suites do not have a central waiting area.
If you bring a child to your appointment you will be rescheduled and charged a No-Show Fee.
You are allowed to bring 1 guest to your appointment. If your guest is rude, distracting, or otherwise inappropriate they will be asked to leave.
