Location

Permanent Makeup By Angela, INC (PMUBYANGELA) is located in The Boulevard Shopping Center at 2656 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island NY 10306; inside Sola Salons #220 Suite #20.
You can find Sola Salons on the right hand side, on the second floor above ShopRite and between PetSmart and Ulta.

If the door is locked when you arrive, please locate the call box to the left of the main door and dial 020 to be buzzed in!

Parking

The Boulevard Shopping Center has p;entiful parking all around the shopping center as well as an additional parking structure with 2 floors.
(Best parking is on the second floor next to Petsmart, walk throught the back door of PetSmart, stright to the front door and you will find yourself on the second floor. Sola Salons is located to your left.

Payment

Forms of payment accepted:
Cash, All major credit cards. Google/Apple Pay. Zelle, Venmo

All prices are the same regardless of method used.

Payments are made at the time of service in full, without exception.
There is no stated or implied refund for services rendered.

Children & Guests

All services offered by Permanent Makeup By Angela, INC require a minimum age of 18.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to accompany the client at time of the appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with a child under the age of 13 you will be asked to reschedule and a fee of $50 will be charged.

You may bring 1 guest for support, however if your guest is distracting or inappropriate they will be asked to wait outside.

Service dogs are allowed as long as they are queit, calm and away from the main treatment area.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All services (including free consultatitons and touchups) require a credit card on file to hold the appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to arrive to your appointment (there is a 15 minute grace period) or fail to cancle at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Although your card on file is required you can use any accepted payment method at the time of the service.

Accessability

The parking lot has multiple handicapped accessable parking spots as well as a staircase, elevator and escalator. Sola Salons is handicapped accessable including restrooms.

If you need specialized assistance please call in advance to arrange it.

ADA

Permanent Manekup by Angela is fully ADA compliant. Service dogs are allowed as long as they are able to remain quiet, calm and away from the main treatment area. If you have special needs or requirements please reach out prior to booking to arrange it.

Please be aware Angela has a service dog and therefore prior notice is required to make sure all service animals are safe and comfortable.
